CINCINNATI, Oh. (WMDJ) — The Cincinnati Reds snapped a two-game skid Wednesday night with a 6-2 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Dodgers starter Blake Snell left after just one inning because of left groin tightness, forcing Los Angeles to turn to its bullpen early.

Cincinnati finished with 13 hits, including home runs from Elly De La Cruz and Dane Myers. De La Cruz gave the Reds the lead with a two-run homer in the third inning, his 28th of the season. Myers added a solo shot in the fifth.

Sal Stewart went 3-for-4 with an RBI, while Juan Brito also collected three hits and drove in a run.

Andrew Abbott allowed one run over 4 2/3 innings while striking out five. The Reds bullpen held Los Angeles to one additional run the rest of the way.

The win also snapped Cincinnati's five-game losing streak against the Dodgers this season.
