PRESTONSBURG, Ky. (WMDJ) — Prestonsburg High School senior Bailee Ratliff has earned All-American Cheerleader honors at UCA Camp in Lexington for the fourth consecutive year.

Ratliff is the first Blackcat cheerleader since 2010 to receive the All-American designation during all four years of high school.

Now entering her senior year, Ratliff serves as co-captain of the Blackcat cheerleading squad and will help lead the team during the upcoming football and basketball seasons.

The All-American recognition is awarded to select cheerleaders who demonstrate strong cheerleading skills, leadership and overall performance during UCA camp.
