LONDON, Ky. (WMDJ) — Three men charged in separate federal child exploitation cases have entered not guilty pleas and are scheduled to stand trial later this year.
Andrew D. Lewis is scheduled for a final pretrial conference on Sept. 21, with jury trial set to begin Sept. 29 in U.S. District Court in London.
Bryan Cantrell is scheduled for a final pretrial conference on Sept. 21, with jury trial set for Oct. 5.
Simon Roxas also pleaded not guilty. His jury trial is scheduled to begin Oct. 6 before U.S. District Judge Claria Horn Boom in London. Court records show Roxas appeared in custody and was appointed counsel before entering his plea.
The scheduling orders establish deadlines for discovery, pretrial motions and other filings as each case moves forward. The orders do not address the underlying allegations or evidence.
