MARTIN COUNTY, Ky. (WMDJ) — A Martin County man is facing a felony charge following a reported stabbing during a fight.
Deputies responded to a report of people drinking and fighting on the night of July 11. Investigators said the victim was taken to Three Rivers Medical Center, where injuries were found to be consistent with a knife wound.
Robert Brayden Moore, of Debord, was charged with second-degree assault. That charge carries a potential sentence of five to 10 years in prison.
