KSP Searching for Missing Woman Last Seen in Pike County

PIKE COUNTY, Ky. (WMDJ) — Kentucky State Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman last seen in Pike County.

 

According to KSP Post 9 in Pikeville, troopers received a report on April 22 regarding a missing woman identified as Bariah Cooley, of Summersville, West Virginia.

 

Authorities say Cooley was last seen the same day walking along the shoulder of U.S. 119 near a 7/11 gas station, heading south toward Pikeville.

 

Cooley is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing around 180 pounds. She was last seen wearing a shirt shown in a photo released by investigators along with blue basketball-style shorts.

 

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact Kentucky State Police Post 9 at 606-433-7711.
