PRESTONSBURG, Ky. (WMDJ) — A new VA outpatient clinic in Prestonsburg is set to officially open with a ribbon cutting ceremony this week.
The event will take place Thursday, April 16, at 2 p.m. at 236 North Highland Avenue.
The ceremony marks the opening of the Hershel “Woody” Williams VA Medical Center’s new Community Based Outpatient Clinic. Officials say the facility will provide services to veterans in Prestonsburg and the surrounding area.
An open house will follow the ribbon cutting, giving the public an opportunity to tour the new clinic, meet the team, and learn about the services the clinic offers.
The event is open to the community.
