MAGOFFIN COUNTY, Ky. — A man who escaped custody during a drug investigation has been taken into custody.

According to the Magoffin County Sheriff’s Office, Anthony Saylor was located and arrested following a traffic stop. Officials say Saylor was one of the individuals who fled during a search warrant conducted the previous evening.

Deputies say Saylor was wanted on multiple outstanding warrants and is connected to a drug trafficking operation identified during that investigation.

The investigation remains ongoing.
