PIKE COUNTY, Ky. (WMDJ) — A Pike County man has been arrested after being served an indictment warrant on a first-degree sodomy charge.

According to court records, a Pike County grand jury indicted Justin Damron, of Mouthcard, in February.

The indictment alleges Damron engaged in deviate sexual contact with a person younger than 12 years old. The alleged incidents occurred between July and December 2024.

Kentucky State Police arrested Damron earlier this month in Pendleton County before returning him to Pike County.

He is being held in the Pike County Detention Center on a $500,000 cash bond.
