HATFIELD, Ky. (WMDJ) — A Belfry man has been arrested following an investigation involving allegations of inappropriate contact with minors.
Kentucky State Police responded to a home on Elkins Fork Thursday afternoon at the request of a Social Services investigator.
According to the arrest citation, a 15-year-old reported that Robert Blankenship, 27, had inappropriate contact with him and his two younger brothers. The teen also showed investigators videos that were part of the investigation.
Troopers arrested Blankenship at the scene.
He is charged with three counts of attempted use of a minor under 16 in a sexual performance, three counts of harassment, and one count of indecent exposure.
Blankenship is being held in the Pike County Detention Center on a $250,000 cash bond.
