VICCO, Ky. (WMDJ) — A Perry County Central High School student has died following an ATV crash Saturday evening in Vicco.

The Perry County Sheriff’s Department says the crash happened on Oakwood Avenue.

Family members have identified the victim as 16-year-old Emilynn Clark. She was a passenger on the ATV.

Perry County Sheriff Joe Engle says four people were riding the ATV at the time of the crash, including two female juveniles and two adult men.

Authorities say the juvenile who was driving has been charged with DUI. Her name has not been released.

One of the adult male passengers was flown to a trauma center with serious injuries.

Counselors are expected to be available at Perry County Central High School on Monday for students and staff.
