ELKHORN CITY, Ky. (WMDJ) – Officials have identified the body of the victim who drowned at Breaks Interstate Park Thursday evening.

The body of Zack Mullins, 19, of Hurley, Va., was recovered in the Ratliff Hole area of the park around 9 p.m. by Millard Fire & Rescue. His body was sent to Frankfort for an autopsy.

No further details surrounding Mullins’ death are available.
