PIKE COUNTY, Ky. (WMDJ) — A Pike County man was arrested early Thursday for allegedly forcing three women into a trailer, setting it on fire and barricading them inside on May 30th.
According to Kentucky State Police, Marty Hurley, 49, fired an assault rifle before trapping the victims and igniting multiple fires. The women escaped with minor injuries; one remains in intensive care.
Hurley faces multiple charges, including arson, kidnapping and attempted murder. He is currently being held in the Pike County Detention Center as the investigation continues.
