HUEYSVILLE, Ky. (WMDJ) – A Floyd County man died in a house fire Monday evening in Hueysville.

The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office was called to a home on Railroad Station Road at 6:30 p.m. after it was believed someone was inside the home where the fire was occurring.

Marvin Howard, 75, of Hueysville was identified as the victim.

No foul play is suspected. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
