FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WMDJ) – Floyd County Schools’ District Health Coordinator Annette Harris has been named the 2025 Lucille Ross Kentucky School Nurse of the Year.
The award, presented by the Kentucky School Nurse Association, honors a school nurse who demonstrates excellence in delivering a comprehensive health program. Harris was chosen from a pool of statewide nominees based on her professional merit and alignment with nursing standards.
She will be recognized during the KSNA Annual Conference on July 15th in Lexington.
