FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WMDJ) – A Floyd County man has been charged with attempted murder after he shot a gun at his ex-wife and another person during a car chase on U.S. 23.
The incident happened Saturday near the Pike/Floyd County line when Ronald Ramsey, 46, of Teaberry, fired multiple shots at the vehicle in front of him, striking a man who was driving and Ramsey’s ex-wife.
Ramsey has been charged with attempted murder, first-degree assault, and first-degree wanton endangerment.
He is currently lodged in the Floyd County Detention Center on a $500,000 cash bond.
