FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WMDJ) – A Floyd County highway maintenance worker is facing theft charges.
Prestonsburg City Police arrested 40-year-old Daniel Darby, after he allegedly stole tools that belonged to the county and pawned them. The incident happened on February 19th.
Darby has been charged with theft by unlawful taking and lodged in the Floyd County Detention Center.
