ALLEN, Ky. (WMDJ) – Applications will soon be accepted for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program's (LIHEAP) spring subsidy cooling program.
Applicants may qualify for a one-time electric benefit, with applications being accepted beginning April 15th through May 30th.
The program will help applicants offset their cooling cost this summer for those with income up to 150 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
