FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WMDJ) – The Floyd County Fiscal Court will be auctioning off eleven stables at the old Thunder Ridge racing complex this Saturday starting at 9 a.m.
All stables will be sold as is and it will be the responsibility of the buyer to remove the structure purchased no later than July 1st.
A payment of 10% by check will be required on the day of the auction with the remaining balance due by Monday, April 14th by cashier’s check made out to the Floyd County Fiscal Court.
