IVEL, Ky. (WMDJ) – Two people have been arrested for selling drugs at a Floyd County motel.

Floyd County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Raymond Conn, 35, and Jennifer Bays, 46, both from Prestonsburg, following numerous tips that pair had been selling drugs at the Alpike Motel.

Deputies discovered a variety of drugs inside the motel room. An 11-year old child was in a separate room which had 20 uncapped, used syringes scattered within reach of the child.

Conn and Bays are facing various drug charges and are being held in the Floyd County Detention Center.
