FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WMDJ) –The Kentucky State Police Pikeville Post troopers have located a missing Floyd County man.

A Golden Alert was issued Saturday afternoon for Phil Colley, 65, of McDowell. He was found deceased near a utility access road near Ned's Fork.

Colley was pronounced deceased by the Floyd County Coroner's Office. The cause of death is under investigation; however, foul play is not suspected.

An autopsy will be performed at the Medical Examiner’s Office in Frankfort.
