PRESTONSBURG Ky. (WMDJ) – Kentucky State Police is asking for the public’s help as part of an ongoing missing person investigation.

KSP in Pikeville was contacted on November 16, 2024, in reference to a missing Pike County man. The initial investigation indicated that Michael Fogleman, 26, of Virgie, was last seen on November 12, 2024, in Prestonsburg. He is described as a white male, 6’0” tall, 188 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.
