BELCHER, Ky. (WMDJ) – One person died in a three-vehicle accident Wednesday morning in Pike County.

The accident happened at 7:14 a.m. on Ferrell’s Creek Road in Belcher.

According to Kentucky State Police, Jeremy Gunter was driving a 2002 Ford F-150 when he crossed the center line and struck a 2007 Ford 500 driven by Donald Thacker. Gunter’s vehicle then collided with a 2021 Toyota RAV4, driven by Ella Taylor.

Gunter and Thacker were transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. 

Taylor was pronounced dead at the scene by the Pike County Coroner’s Office.
