KNOTT COUNTY, Ky. (WMDJ) – Officials rescued one person in Knott County after a mobile home collapsed. 

First responders with Hindman Fire & Rescue were called to the community of Carrie after 911 received a call of a building collapse with possible entrapment on Tuesday afternoon around 3:30 p.m.

Responders used two hydraulic spreaders, stabilization cribbing and other tools to safely free one person, who was trapped by debris.

No one was seriously injured.
