Floyd County Schools and WMDJ have once again partnered up to bring you our 27th year of the "Christmas Through the Eyes of a Child" program. Listen as children in grades K-12 will read their winning school story selection on the radio through Christmas day.
Here is the on-air schedule for each school:
- Monday, December 2nd - John M. Stumbo Elementary
- Tuesday, December 3rd - May Valley Elementary
- Wednesday, December 4th - Betsy Layne Elementary
- Thursday, December 5th - Floyd Central High School
- Friday, December 6th - Prestonsburg Elementary
- Saturday, December 7th - Betsy Layne High School
- Monday, December 9th - Duff-Allen Central Elementary
- Tuesday, December 10th - South Floyd Elementary
- Wednesday, December 11th - Allen Elementary
- Thursday, December 12th - Virtual Academy and Renaissance Learning Center
- Friday, December 13th - Adams Middle School
- Monday, December 16th - Prestonsburg High School.
From December 17th through Christmas day, WMDJ will play a mix of all children's stories throughout each day.
